These terms govern the use of Batiami, published by [à compléter] ("Batiami"), by the companies that have signed a contract with Batiami and by their users.

1. The service

Batiami turns the elements of a site visit (videos, photos, voice notes, plans, description) into a building quote in the company's format and on its own prices, using an artificial intelligence assistant set up for each company.

2. Access and accounts

Access is opened to a company after its contract is signed and its setup is completed. The manager can invite team members. Each user keeps their credentials confidential and is responsible for actions taken with their account.

3. Your data stays yours

The company remains the owner of its data: past quotes, prices, house rules, jobs, files and quotes produced. Batiami uses them only to provide the service to that company, never for another company, and never to train artificial intelligence models. See the privacy policy.

4. Checking quotes

Quotes produced by Batiami are proposals prepared by an assistant. The company reviews them before sending them and remains responsible for the quotes it sends to its customers: quantities, prices, VAT, legal notices and commitments.

5. Availability

Batiami makes every reasonable effort to keep the service available and secure. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or because of its providers. Some features are provided in beta and may change.

6. Price, guarantees and duration

Price, guarantees (including the delivery-time guarantee) and duration are set out in the contract signed with each company, which prevails over these terms.

7. Liability

Batiami is liable for direct damage resulting from a breach of its obligations, within the limits set by the contract. Batiami is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of business or margin, nor for the content of quotes sent without review.

8. End of the contract

At the end of the contract, the company can request an export of its data. Data are then deleted as described in the privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Batiami software, its methods and its brand belong to the publisher. The company receives a right to use them for the duration of the contract.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's registered office. Contact: contact@batiami.com.
